German Research Foundation

The German Research Foundation (DFG) promotes the participation of German scientists and engineers to the International Programs

IODP       and         ICDP

by the priority programs IODP/ ODP (527) and ICDP SPP 1006. The aplication deadline is set annually and is usually in January for IODP, and in August for ICDP.


In addition the DFG is funding individual projects and cooperations with very different instruments.
